New Construction of a modern Farmhouse with unique dark exterior and unique lighting & details in Manhattan Beach, California.
New Construction
A modern Farmhouse-style home with unique dark exterior, lighting and details. For this project, we collaborated with Lane Design Build for all finishes including flooring, all tile and countertops, lighting, plumbing and hardscape. Then I continued the individual design process with the new owners for furniture and accessories, wallpaper and more to give it the last “zing”.

This was a full gut job where ZDI specified all finishes including: lighting, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, tile and countertops for an organic modern vibe.. And psst: This project sold quickly to a celebrity buyer!
