Partial Remodel
Craftsman Cape Cod style remodel of existing kitchen, main bath, and front living room. This remodel melded old with new keeping the original floor and beams, and seamlessly integrating new finishes, appliances, lighting, and a custom copper hood. The main bath created a zen spa sanctuary for the clients to unwind and recharge. The front living room was converted to a cozy wine lounge with a custom built in wine fridge and beverage center. As seen in Southbay Magazine April/May 2025 edition.
